Warranty Terms

All Urban Commuter Gear products come with the following warranty:

• Bags and backpacks: Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (zips, seams, buckles).
• Helmets: 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Not covered: crash damage.
• Lights and electronics: 2-year warranty against defects.
• Locks: 5-year warranty, including anti-theft guarantee on select models.

Making a Warranty Claim

1. Register your product on our website within 30 days of purchase.
2. Submit a warranty claim with photos and your proof of purchase.
3. Our team will assess and respond within 2 business days.
4. Approved claims receive a free repair or replacement.

Repair Service

Out-of-warranty repairs are available for bags and helmets. Ship your product to our repair centre and we'll provide a quote before proceeding. Most repairs are completed within 10 business days.
