Shipping and Delivery Information

Standard Shipping

Free on all orders over $60. Delivered within 3–5 business days via tracked courier.

Express Shipping

Next-business-day delivery available for orders placed before 1 PM. Fee: $9.99.

International Shipping

We ship to 40+ countries. International orders are delivered within 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Track your parcel on the courier's website or via the Urban Commuter Gear app.

In-Store Pickup

Available at all Urban Commuter Gear retail locations. Select Pick Up in Store at checkout. Your order will be ready within 2 hours. Bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID.

Missed Delivery

If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a card with redelivery options. Most couriers hold parcels for 7 days at a local depot.
